As an Insulation Installer , you will be responsible for the professional installation of fiberglass or rock wool batts in exterior walls and ceilings. Your work environment will vary from project to project, but you will follow a consistent process to ensure high-quality results and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Loading and logging materials onto a truck Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces Installing insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation Driving a company vehicle if required, following all driving rules and DOT requirements, and maintaining tools/truck Observing job site safety rules and knowing the location of MSDS packets in your vehicle Role Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Installation experience is a plus Comfortable using standard hand tools Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Able to climb ladders and scaffolding Able to bend, twist, and turn the body at shoulders, waist, and knees Able to stand for extended periods Bilingual skills are a plus Physical Demands Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, crawling, reaching overhead, and working in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
