Join Us as an Industrial Refrigeration Operator

Imagine a day where your technical skills keep the warehouse humming as an Industrial Refrigeration Operator. With a focus on ammonia systems, you will independently tackle routine maintenance, ensuring our operations don't miss a beat.

Your Contributions

• Always alert—manage, adjust, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems. Your keen attention catches inefficiencies before they grow.
• Execute safe repair protocols and component replacements per our PSM guidelines.
• Proactively perform refrigerant evacuations for service needs.
• Uphold OSHA standards in routine upkeep of diverse warehouse machinery.
• Deploy analytical tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for equipment performance assessments and HVAC calibrations.

Qualifications

• You've completed your high school diploma or GED.
• Five years of combined experience in Industrial Refrigeration and related maintenance, including two years centered in industrial settings.
• RETA Operator 1 certification is advantageous, however, equivalent training is recognized.
• Control system troubleshooting (ALTA/Allen Bradley) skills are essential.
• Mandatory HAZMAT and other assigned training courses.

Preferred Capabilities

• High mechanical proficiency.
• Pursuit of CARO and CIRO certifications will set you apart.
• Proficient in testing apparatus and willing to share knowledge with peers.
• Adaptable work hours, potentially requiring on-call duty.

Physical Demands

• Working in temperatures as low as -20&degree;F.
• Capable of operating at heights over 35 feet.
• Navigate ladders, frequent standing, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Vision clarity with glasses; contacts prohibited due to ammonia exposure.
