Overview:

Step into the role of an Industrial Refrigeration Mechanic where each day is a blend of challenge and expertise. Your primary duty is to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems across our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and adjust refrigeration systems, ensuring peak performance and troubleshooting inefficiencies.
• Conduct regular maintenance on varied warehouse equipment in line with OSHA guidelines.
• Diagnose equipment issues and propose effective solutions.
• Utilize tools like multi-meters to gauge equipment effectiveness.
• Ensure operational standards by assessing safety equipment.
• Meticulously maintain maintenance records.
• Keep workspaces immaculate, balancing organization with daily tasks.
• Support flexible shift requirements, including emergency calls.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience, or specific HVAC/R certifications and course completions.
• Capability in HAZMAT operations with necessary certifications.
• Proficiency in basic computing including data entry.

Desirables:

• Cold Storage experience is a plus.
• Skills in equipment testing and Oracle CMMS are beneficial.
• Highly prized are technical degrees or certifications.

Physical Specifications:

Adaptability to work under varying temperatures, navigate heights, and perform physical tasks with tools. Vision requirements are stringent, with restrictions on contact lenses.
