We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Import/Export Analyst. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in international trade and compliance. The Import/Export Analyst will assist in managing and coordinating the import and export activities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities include conducting and managing denied party screening; maintaining U.S. customs entry documentation in a well-organized and accessible record retention system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; product HS/ECCN classification; obtaining technical drawings and other relevant data to support the accurate classification of parts for U.S. import and export under CBP and BIS regulations; assisting the Trade Compliance team with generating and scrubbing reports; import and export audit support; supporting trade compliance training initiatives; providing support to trade compliance team with duty drawback; contributing to trade compliance projects and performing other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Global Trade Compliance. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferred; previous internship or work experience in import/export operations or logistics is a plus; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to work independently and as part of a team; analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
