Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and support our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of human resources activities, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with HR policies. This role is vital in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns
  • Oversee performance management processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans
  • Design and implement training and development programs for employees
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Administer benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes within the organization
  • Support organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness
  • Maintain and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with employee data
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
