Guest Services: Greet residents and guests warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with requests. Handle reservations, bookings, and provide information about local attractions and services.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage all forms of communication promptly and courteously.
Coordination: Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure all resident and guest needs are met efficiently.
Security: Monitor building access, maintain a secure environment, and handle emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
