Job Description

Staffvengers is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • Has prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet residents and guests warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with requests. Handle reservations, bookings, and provide information about local attractions and services.

  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage all forms of communication promptly and courteously.

  • Coordination: Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure all resident and guest needs are met efficiently.

  • Security: Monitor building access, maintain a secure environment, and handle emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with poise.
