Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Location: Woodinville, WA
Schedule: There are 2 schedules available. *Schedules may change based on business needs. May include holidays and alternate workdays or hours as needed.
- Wednesday - Sunday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Friday - Tuesday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

About the job: The Guest Arrival Concierge will meet and provide guests with welcome packets upon their arrival to the Puget Sound area.
What you'll be doing: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrivals
- Complete all daily welcome packet deliveries
- Communicate regularly with Dispatch personnel
- Provide property tours and answer guest questions as needed
- Assemble key packets in the field
- Drop off keys to various pick up/drop off locations
- To support our goal of exceeding customer expectations, the role may include acts of porterage for customer arrivals, requests, or service resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities: - This position does not supervise any employees.
- May also provide cross-training for staff.
Travel: - This position requires local travel to and from jobsites.
- This travel is reimbursable at the current IRS mileage rate if personal vehicle is used.
About you: What you'll bring: - Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
What we are looking for: - Eye for detail
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. required
- Must have the ability to perform task independently with minimal supervision
- Possess the sense of urgency to complete the task quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality check standards
- Maintenance skills
Work Environment: Work environment if subject to change from day-to-day, depending on scheduled jobs.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. The employee must have the ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse and the ability to dial, answer, and talk on a telephone. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This job requires the ability to occasionally work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; boxes, documents and/or other items.
