Job Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Group Product Manager to join our Technology team. This role will be pivotal in setting the product vision for our website, which integrates lead generation, growth tactics, and an ecommerce shopping experience. The successful candidate will also oversee the My Collette customer portals for travelers and travel professionals. These are critical initiatives to drive growth and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within the department as well as across the company to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. A key aspect of this role is to be an excellent mentor and coach to a team of product managers, fostering data-driven decision making, customer focus, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Primary Functions:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of major technology transformation initiatives.
• Define and track key performance metrics to guide product decisions and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with department and business stakeholders to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Guide continuous discovery and research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Manage and coach a team of Product Managers
• Contribute to the ongoing development of product management at Collette

Knowledge and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in JIRA for project management.
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Skilled in user research and data analysis to gather insights and form hypotheses on how to serve users.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
