RealDefense is looking for a talented Web Graphic Designer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Design Creation and Execution : Create visually compelling designs for web landing pages, email campaigns, digital banners, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and drive conversion.
Campaign Support : Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design promotional materials, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Visual Asset Management : Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and optimal user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives and technical specifications.
A/B Testing Support : Create design variations for A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user engagement across digital properties.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of web design experience in B2C or SaaS environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating landing page, email, and banner design work.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and their application to design.
Proficiency in modern design tools, prototyping software, and responsive design
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS best practices and their impact on design implementation.
Experience with email client compatibility requirements.
Knowledge of current web design trends, particularly in the B2C SaaS space.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Certification in UX/UI design.
