About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing & Graphic Design Associate who can bring the Sukhadia’s brand to life across all channels — from digital campaigns to in-store experiences. This role blends design, content creation, and marketing execution.
You’ll work closely with leadership to design visuals, manage brand communications, and support key initiatives — from Diwali campaigns to new product launches.
Responsibilities:
Create and design marketing assets including social media content, email newsletters, packaging, flyers, menus, and digital ads.
Manage the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across platforms.
Plan, schedule, and execute social media posts and campaigns.
Support marketing strategy, including seasonal promotions, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, retail, and leadership) to align creative work with business goals.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related creative field.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram).
Strong sense of brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
(Bonus) Photography, videography, or content editing skills.
