Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Program Manager to develop and manage our internship and apprenticeship programs within the Data Center Operations domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategizing and implementing program initiatives across various regions while ensuring compliance and fruitful collaboration with multiple stakeholders. This opportunity focuses on tactical program execution, seamless system integration, and enhancing early-career talent pipelines in a technically oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and process implementation of global internship and apprenticeship strategies within the Data Center Operations sector.
• Develop and oversee repeatable processes for talent intake, onboarding, performance monitoring, and successful conversion.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planning to align hiring plans with projected needs and execute according to global standards.
• Maintain compliance with local and international labor laws and ensure programs align with educational systems and employment regulations.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with Talent Acquisition, HR, legal teams, and educational institutions to optimize program delivery and talent acquisition.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of Workday or equivalent HCM systems.
• Strong understanding of international labor regulations and compliance in the context of internships and apprenticeships.
• Demonstrated ability in leading talent programs across a global, matrixed organization.

Industry Experience Required:

• Prior experience in managing talent operations, program coordination, or early career hiring, preferably within Data Center Operations or a similar technical infrastructure domain.

This role is instrumental in building a future-ready workforce by driving the execution of scalable, compliant, and impactful early-career programs.
