The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join SSGA's Global Business Office as the Global Head of Multi Assets. The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a growth strategy for multi-asset solutions on a global scale to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for multi-asset solutions, including model portfolios and customised Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs).

  • Collaborate with the Client Coverage Group (distribution team) to present the full range of multi-asset investment capabilities to clients and prospects demonstrating value proposition and competitive advantage.

  • Lead SSGA’s strategy for bespoke investments mandates tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.

  • Work closely with the distribution and portfolio management teams to advise clients on new investment strategies aimed at enhancing portfolios.

  • Manage a team of professionals, providing leadership and guidance to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory development and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risk in the multi-asset investment eco-system.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader on the value proposition of Multi Asset capabilities.

Experience

  • Proven track record of designing and implementation successful growth strategies for multi-asset investment products.

  • Strong understanding of investment products, including model portfolios, SMAs.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high performance teams.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to stakeholders and clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision making

  • Experience working in a global context and managing diverse teams across different geographies.

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $282,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
