Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Set, meet, and exceed monthly sales goals
• Drive customer satisfaction throughout the sales and finance process
• Implement and monitor sales processes to enhance productivity
• Maintain a strong understanding of New and Pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and integrity 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or General Sales Manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor the sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inventory - vAuto experience is a +
• A customer-focused attitude with the desire to provide exceptional experiences
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
