We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of our large, full-service dealership. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and a passion for achieving exceptional results through people, performance, and process.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance

· Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability

· Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure operational efficiency

· Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction

· Recruit, mentor, lead department managers & staff to achieve organizational goals

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5+ years of progressive management experience in an automotive or powersports dealership

· Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving performance and profitability

· Deep understanding of dealership financials, P&L management, and key performance metrics

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

· Commitment to delivering the exceptional customer experience
