Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Job Overview:

CDR ProSource is partnering with a precision manufacturing company located in Van Buren County, MI. Known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovation, the company is looking to expand its team with a skilled and dependable General Machinist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a variety of machines, including mills, grinders, lathes, and drill presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce accurate parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ensure product quality from start to finish.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a machinist, or equivalent technical training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Must own basic machinist tools.
• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends.
• Energetic, safety-conscious, and reliable.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50–70 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
