Summary

Join our team as a FM Dispatcher on the 2nd Shift! We're looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As an FM Dispatcher, you'll work closely with drivers, farmers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate feed delivery schedules with drivers, farmers, and internal teams

• Dispatch drivers for feed delivery to farms

• Monitor and communicate delivery status, delays, or issues

• Maintain accurate records of feed inventory, delivery schedules, and driver logs

• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve farmer complaints or concern

• Work closely with feedmill operations to ensure efficient loading and unloading of feed

Minimum Education

• High School or equivalent beneficial but not required

Experience Preferred

• 1+ year of dispatch or logistics experience

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

When in a feedmill environment:

• Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity

• Exposure to dust, grains, and strong odors in feedmill and farm environments

• Regular travel to farms and facilities

• Work involves standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50lbs) for extended periods

• Lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, standing/walking, climbing/stooping

• Possess normal hearing and vision to perform tasks safely
