We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our educators in fostering a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, particularly in early childhood and special education settings. This role involves assisting with lesson planning, classroom management, and providing individualized support to students, including those with autism and other special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Support students in their learning by providing one-on-one assistance and guidance.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging instructional materials tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to the lead teacher.
• Participate in classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior among students.
• Engage with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and needs as appropriate.
• Support the implementation of Montessori methods or other educational frameworks as required.
