Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting friendly door-to-door sales outreach to connect with residential customers.
• Explaining the features and benefits of GRS Solar products and services.
• Building meaningful relationships with potential customers to understand their energy needs.
• Collaborating with an energetic sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, engaging demeanor.
• A genuine passion for sales and renewable energy.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields is a plus, but we also welcome newcomers eager to learn!
• A self-motivated approach and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for neighborhood visits.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends to connect with customers.
