Job Description
Successful candidate must possess the following:
-General investigative experience investigating Insurance/SIU and well-rounded general investigative experience. 3 - 5 years' experience required.
-C or CC-License for all Florida investigators, or appropriate state licensing for investigators applying for work in other states across the nation.
-All lines adjuster license a plus
-Must possess a passion for the industry and be capable of thinking outside the box
-Excellent communication, written and verbal, bilingual a plus.
-Excellent computer and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
-Critical thinking, initiative, self-motivation and attention to detail, are essential components for all candidates.
-Candidates must be able to travel within a 100 mile radius from their home base and occasional overflow coverage outside the normal radius may be required on a limited basis. Mileage compensation is included.
-Flexible in work schedules, availability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays, as needed.
-All candidates must have a fully insured, surveillance ready vehicle with appropriate window tinting; laptop with Microsoft word, Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator software & connector, and with field accessible internet connection; plus any and all equipment necessary in the day to day operation of field investigations which includes, but not limited to, covert camera, HD Camcorder, a camera steadying device (tripod, monopod, camera clamp, jo-mount, etc.) and digital audio recorder.
-Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures and protocol.
Duties and responsibilities to including the following
-Perform surveillance, activity checks, background investigations, alive and well checks, locates, accident reconstruction, integrity surveys and any and all aspects of investigations.
-Quality (clear, in-focus, and steady) surveillance video evidence
-Properly follow specific formats and timelines
-Written and Recorded Statements
-Daily Reports with applicable details
