STADIUM is seeking a team-oriented, highly professional, and creative Feature Editor to develop industry-leading OTA & OTT video programs covering college and professional sports for distribution across mobile, tablets, online, and other digital platforms. The Editor will report to the Creative Director and collaborate with Feature Editors to produce content aligned with editorial goals, timelines, fan engagement, and advertiser interests. Stadium is pioneering the 'new digital media' landscape, focusing on digital strategy development, video network creation, distribution, syndication, and digital sales. The STADIUM network is a multi-platform sports network offering exclusive live and on-demand games, highlights, classic games, original programming, and daily live studio shows. It operates a 24/7 linear feed across digital and broadcast channels, complemented by extensive on-demand content including additional live events. Primary Responsibilities: Feature Editor Produce professional, network-quality highlights, long-form features, and short-form videos for broadcast and digital platforms. Coordinate with production teams on location/remote shoots; comfortable assuming producer roles for packages and interviews. Extract video content from various sources, including professional hardware and online resources. Expertise in AVID and Adobe Premiere editing software; familiarity with Avid Interplay and Airspeed systems is required. Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop for multimedia packaging and branding. Manage the approval process, including final compressions, quality control, and delivery of digital masters. Organize project media assets, including storage, backups, and archiving. Handle sound design, audio mixing, and color correction as needed. Lead projects, demonstrate leadership, and assist the Creative Director and team in editing tasks. Requirements Proficiency with AVID Media Composer & Adobe Premiere. Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. Knowledge of Avid Interplay and Airspeed systems. Previous experience in sports or similar video editing roles. Understanding of location and studio production practices. Knowledge of professional video and photography equipment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Team player willing to collaborate and follow directions. Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays based on sports event schedules. Preferred Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in editing, production, design, or related fields. Avid/Adobe certifications are a plus. Physical & Working Conditions Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, operate computers and communication devices. Work in an office with moderate noise levels. Perform computer work for long durations. Work hours include nights, weekends, and holidays aligned with sports events.
