Customer Service Excellence:

• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Actively promote agency products and services to potential clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Documentation and Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation related to sales and customer service activities.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies for improved customer service and sales performance.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

1. Willing to obtain Property/Casualty (home and auto) insurance producer license.
2. Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
