Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills. As a CSR, you'll play an essential part in supporting our clients, building relationships, and ensuring their insurance needs are met with care.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
