Job Status: Full-Time (40+ hours weekly)
Salary: Range 40-50k
Vansant Church of Christ is seeking a Family Minister / Family Ministry Director to lead our childrens ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs. This role will equip parents, mentor students, and develop a unified ministry strategy from birth through 12th grade that helps families grow in their faith and live out our mission of Connecting People to Jesus.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead childrens ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs.
? Equip parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.
? Recruit, train, and encourage volunteer leaders.
? Plan and teach Bible-based lessons for kids and students.
? Organize family and community outreach events.
Qualifications:
? Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
? Experience in childrens ministry, youth ministry, or family ministry.
? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
? Ability to teach, mentor, and work well in a team.
