Our client, a global asset management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their NYC office! In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic team in an extremely fast paced environment. If you thrive in intense, ever – changing, demanding, yet supportive offices then this is the role for you!
Minimum of 5 years of EA experience out of professional services required
This role supports a total of 12 people - 6 are SVPs and above, the rest range to associate/analyst
Candidates must be excellent communicators!
Work Model: 4 days, 1 day remote
Hours: 9am-6pm with flexibility as needed.
Comp range: $85-110k base + OT + discretionary bonus
