Flexible Scheduling Options:
Full-Time Option:
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday - 10am - 7pm CST; Tuesday & Thursday - 11-8pm
A full-time position pays $36K / year

Part-Time Option:
Evenings - Mon - Thursday - 5 - 8pm & Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 4-7pm
A part-time position pays $18 / hour

*Applicants must reside in Texas or Oklahoma!  Responsibilities Scheduling / Recruiting Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with candidates on behalf of clients, ensuring timely coordination.
• Make a high volume of phone calls to candidates to schedule interviews.
• Proactively remind candidates to schedule their interviews, using phone calls and text messages to keep the process moving.
• Engage with candidates through e-mail, text messages, and calls using provided online tools.
• Help candidates complete the application process quickly by guiding them through each step and encouraging timely action.
• Communicate comfortably with clients as needed.

Required Skills Scheduling / Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications

• Comfortable with technology
• Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
• Exceptional phone communication skills 
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Prior experience in staffing / recruiting / human resources
