Job Overview
We are searching for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our Cleveland team at VisAvis Co. In this role, you’ll assist with planning, coordinating, and executing in-person events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, trade shows, pop-ups, and local activations.
Help manage event logistics: venue setup, materials, catering, transportation, and staffing.
Support event check-in, registration, and guest services on-site.
Track event supplies, inventory, and equipment; ensure everything is ready for each event.
Maintain detailed records of event plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event needs are met.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent event experiences.
