About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent nonprofits at events and outreach campaigns—engaging the public, sparking conversations, and inspiring action.
Key responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and outreach efforts
Educate and inform the public about social causes and how to get involved
Inspire donations and build support through meaningful conversations
Build positive relationships with community members
Collaborate with a passionate team to achieve campaign goals
You don’t need a background in marketing or customer service—just a passion for social impact and strong people skills.
