Our Entry Level Customer Service Agents work with the Customer Service and Sales team. They will be accountable for establishing best practices and refining processes that support customer care objectives and overall sales margins. 

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Agent:

• Contacting and engaging consumers from provided lead lists from clients, eventually progressing to developing new business and maintaining current relationships
• Answer questions regarding order status, payment, product, promotions, technical problems related to the customer experience
• Displays active listening skills, perceives emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizes with customers to enhance an overall positive experience
• Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates
• Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Driving sales through promotional campaigns
