As an EBI Insurance Sales Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting insurance products and services across various employee benefits plans in the Arizona market. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for business within local networks, building strong business-to-business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of various insurance products, including fully insured, level-funded self-funded, and unbundled self-funded plans.
  • Maximize growth and client retention through exceptional customer service.
  • Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services.
  • Generate and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Present EBI's services and solutions at prospect meetings.
  • Bring new business prospects to closure.
  • Retain clients by maintaining strong business-to-business relationships.

Stephanie brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to her role. Before EBI, she held executive-level positions with Humana, PacifiCare/United Healthcare, and Aetna, focusing on all aspects of employee benefits for employer groups of various sizes. Offering extensive expertise in program design, market review, renewal negotiation, financial budget projections, claims utilization analysis, wellness programs, and compliance, Stephanie's strategic planning with employers is aimed at long-term employee benefit solutions. She brings a wealth of knowledge and consultative value to all aspects of Risk Management.

Qualifications of our Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of prior business-to-business sales experience.
  • Preferably, experience in Employee Benefits Insurance sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Required state licensing.
  • Preference is given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to discern clients' needs efficiently.
