Quality Interactive Montessori School in Cave Creek is seeking a Full -time assistant teacher for our Toddler and Preschool classrooms. We are welcoming educators that are passionate about teaching, childcare, and working as a team. We are seeking candidates that are excellent communicators with children, parents, and teaching partners and are fully engaged in the educational process of inquiry, observation, and reflection.

Candidates are preferred to have Montessori experience and/or certification; however, we are willing to train. Applicants should have a 4-yr. degree; however, work experience will be taken into account.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide physical, emotional, and developmental care and education for children
Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care
Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to the child needs
Be able to lift and carry children
Communicate properly and effectively with parents
Work cooperatively with other staff members

Consistent weekly hours.

Paid time off for full-time employees is equivalent to 6 weeks of vacation/

40 hours of sick paid time

Staff with full time will receive free child care for the 1st child,.
Stable classrooms without shuffling children or combining rooms to maximize ratios.
