Since its founding in 1937, Krispy Kreme's focus has remained the same - making fresh doughnuts using our founder's original recipe. The brand's iconic Hot Light lets consumers know when doughnuts are being made in the shop so they can stop in and enjoy them hot, right off the line.

Doughnut Distributors pack and stage doughnuts for our delivered fresh daily customers, ensuring the doughnuts are fresh and meet our strict quality standards. This role streamlines the process of loading doughnut trucks to help our delivery drivers get back on the road efficiently.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Packing and staging doughnuts in boxes and racks for delivery.
• Checking that doughnuts meet Krispy Kreme standards for freshness and quality; concerns should be escalated to relevant team members.
• Maintaining clean work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards using sanitation tools.
• Organizing doughnuts according to route orders and tracking deliveries to support route efficiency and accuracy.
• Keeping the loading area clean and organized, checking for safety or quality issues, and reporting concerns to supervisors.
• Training in other shop operations, including assisting customers, cleaning, and decorating doughnuts.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• No prior experience necessary.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
