Signing Bonus: $5,000 for achieving targets in the first 120 days. Base Salary: $35,000 plus uncapped commission. Total Target Compensation: $70,000 - $125,000 . Job Description Responsible for the sale of GONETSPEED products and services including Fiber Internet, Home Phone and DTV Streaming to residential customers, utilizing knowledge and a sales process to meet and exceed monthly goals. Core Responsibilities Engage and acquire new customers and close sales opportunities through door-to-door sales. Identify and target potential customers within designated towns/cities; communicate and develop rapport to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain detailed knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns, compared to competition. Evaluate customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations. Maintain sales production to meet or exceed individual quotas. Represent the company at community events in targeted markets. Requirements Experience in direct sales, preferably door-to-door or B2B sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Must be able to work outside in any weather environment. Available to work between 10 AM–7 PM (40 hours per week). Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with excellent attendance. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; local travel to prospecting locations in own vehicle (mileage allowance provided). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Familiarity with the telecommunications or broadband industry and competitive landscape. Strong oral and written communication skills. Enthusiastic learner of all products and services. Ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner. Strong in‑person communication skills for face‑to‑face cold selling. Organize and prioritize multiple assignments and manage projects effectively. Make sound decisions using available information. Physical Requirements Must read computer screens and reports (75–100%). Must hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts (75–100%). Must write, type, and use phone system (75–100%). Frequent standing, walking, stair climbing (75–100%).
