$170,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute strategic vision and growth objectives for a $1.75B laundry brand portfolio.
• Identify, develop, and implement strategies to create growth opportunities, increase market share, and profit.
• Lead a dynamic team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, gaining credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo.
• Lead complex projects from conception to implementation, providing strategic direction and leveraging resources.
• Stay informed on consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends.

What makes you a good fit

• 10+ years of related CPG experience and commercial sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Circana
• Business analytics and development skills
• Experience in crisis handling
• Understanding of alternatives and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of buying/selling processes
