Are you passionate about art, music, photography, or yoga? Ready to inspire others while pursuing your creative passion? Mozaic (A Chapter or Arc NY) is looking for dynamic, creative individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals at Spotlight Studios in Auburn, NY!
At Spotlight Studios, we celebrate self-expression through art, music, and much more. Whether you're a talented musician, an inspired artist, or a mindful yoga enthusiast, you'll have the chance to share your gifts while helping others discover their own. You'll foster an environment where individuals can perform, create, and explore talents they never knew they had with the guidance of your creative talents. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll also help individuals access community resources, educational programs, vocational opportunities, and recreational activities.
Mozaic is a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of over 2,000 individuals with disabilities in the Finger Lakes Region. Our mission is to create opportunities, advocate for rights, and support personal growth for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join a team that believes in the power of creativity and community.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, with some planned evenings and weekends
Pay Rate: $17.92 - $18.67 per hour + based on experience!
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications:
Knowledge of the arts and music, and creative teaching skills
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimally one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required.
A Valid Driver's License is required.
