Job Description

Digital Content Manager Sunnyvale, CA — 3‑month contract. Full‑time, 40 hours per week, hybrid schedule. We are seeking a Digital Content Manager to join a well‑known advertising client. This role publishes creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to client websites and other platforms around the world. The manager works closely with the Content Management organization and external teams to ensure interactive deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include mastery of the content management and publishing operations supporting product launches and digital marketing programs, setting up and managing page structure and content in a CMS. Responsibilities Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenance. Ensure quality of deliverables to client. Collaborate cross‑functionally and proactively with internal and external teams. Work with developer teams to plan page structures and project approaches. Lead smaller projects with team support. Balance and prioritize multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast‑paced environment. Contribute to documentation and training within the content management org. Maintain understanding of CMS and other internal tools. Provide feedback on toolsets, UI, best practices, and workflow optimization. Qualifications 2–4 years working on web production teams. Experience with localization and global content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Knowledge of content management and related system processes. Experience with git client application (Tower, SourceTree, etc.) a plus. Knowledge of HTML, JSON, and XML a plus. Ability to test and report CMS issues and communicate to technical and non‑technical personnel. Experience with evolving toolsets. Success in defined business processes and workflows. Excellent interpersonal skills in unpredictable environments. Highly detail‑oriented, organized, patient, and able to handle ambiguity.
