The team manages public‑facing content on the website and internal employee content on the intranet, ensuring consistency, usability, and compliance with accessibility standards. With expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, digital writing/editing, and accessibility. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in web content design, implementation, and support. Strong writing and editing skills tailored for digital environments. Experience with WCAG accessibility standards and digital accessibility best practices. Understanding of UI/UX principles , usability, and content evaluation from an end‑user perspective. Working knowledge of Content Management Systems , information architecture, and web publishing tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience gathering and interpreting business requirements.
