As a Registered Dietitian, you’ll apply your expertise in medical nutrition therapy to develop individualized meal plans, support patient goals, and ensure compliance with care standards. *Responsibilities*:
* Conduct patient assessments to determine their nutritional needs
* Develop and implement personalized dietary plans for patients
* Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust dietary plans as needed
* Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
* Provide guidance on tube feeding for patients who require it
* Perform diagnostic evaluations to determine the cause of nutrition-related health issues
*Qualifications*:
* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
* Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
* Knowledge of tube feeding and diagnostic evaluation techniques
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
