We are looking for a skilled and proactive Designer to join our team, whose mission is to catalyze research
through envisioning, understanding, and making the future of XR interaction tangible. You will have
experience designing compelling interactions and experiences for mobile devices that can inform our AR/VR roadmap. You’ll be working with new input technologies that will need clear instructions for usage
and create an easy process to setup/leverage these inputs with existing applications.

• Use a human-centered design approach to clarify broad technical requirements in support of delivering a desirable user experience
• Design compelling interactions and experiences for mobile devices by user scenarios and use cases
• Contribute to strategic decisions, working with Design, Research, Product and Engineering teams
• Design end-to-end flows and supporting visuals, and individually contribute to proof-of-concept demos and prototypes for research studies
• Clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of internal stakeholders
  

General understanding of working with new and ambiguous technology.
Experience working with prototype hardware
Familiar with managing user training, and feedback loops
Mobile design experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with Figma
