Salary: $160,000 plus bonus

A Dentist, or Dental Surgeon, is a healthcare professional with a focus on dental care. A Dentist helps people maintain their oral health and have attractive smiles.

Dentist duties and responsobilities:

The primary duty of a dentist is to deliver a high standard of care to every patient. To this end, they may have the following job duties:

• Performing exams and evaluating X-rays to determine a patients health
• Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
• Providing cosmetic services like teeth whitening, enhance the appearance of teeth
• Filling cavities, performing root canals, applying crowns and installing bridges and implants to fix broken and missing teeth
• Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
• Interacting with patients and instructing them on proper oral care
• Measuring and fitting dental appliances
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Managing Dental Staff, assigining duties and schedules for support staff
• Maintaining and completing notes for billing
