Reports to - National Sales Manager

Status - Full-time Salaried/Exempt

Salary - $100,000/yr (starting base salary) + Commission + Sales Team Bonus Plan

Schedule - Office hours - Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Job Summary:

Seachrome is looking for a Dealer/Distributor Sales Manager–someone who is wicked smart, has a positive attitude, takes initiative, is organized and detailed, and possesses great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with buyers in the industry but also excels in finding new opportunities and tracking leads to their full conclusion.

This position requires some time in the field working with Independent Reps and key accounts. Responsibilities include detailed processing and follow-through of orders and forecasts, closely monitoring sell-through performance, determining opportunities for added sales, and other similar efforts. You’ll be expected to be a Seachrome product expert –maintaining product knowledge, technical skills and enthusiasm for the entire product line.

Responsibilities:

· Manage 10-12 Independent Manufacturer’s Representatives nationwide. This will require travel to the territories (20% to 40%) and ride-along with Reps.

· Manage assigned Key Regional OEM Accounts.

· Assist National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager with the development of detailed and coordinated annual sales plans and objectives. 

· Participate in the New Product Development process.

· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Rep territories.

· Understand current market trends and relationships between OEM’s, distributors, and manufacturer sales reps.

· Implement approved sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

· Develop a strong sales funnel and provide accurate forecasts.

· Provide continual updates on Key Accounts and Target Accounts to senior management.

· Maintain sales volume, product mix, inventory levels, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

· Maintain Independent Rep sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff.

· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops and seminars; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.

· Contribute to team effort by participating in sales and marketing projects as needed.

Essential Requirements and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration or equivalent in work experience

· Experience in developing and strengthening relationships with key accounts

· Ability to create and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and develop budgets

· Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and teamwork skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook required

· 5+ years of ADA Compliant Bathware Product industry experience is a definite advantage
