We are seeking a nurturing, energetic, and patient teacher to join our daycare team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children from various age ranges. You will play a vital role in supporting each child’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

• Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety.

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that supports positive behavior and emotional development.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and daily activities.

• Collaborate with other staff members to plan special events and learning themes.

• Observe, document, and assess each child’s development and learning.

• Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential a plus.

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with children

• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
