Insight Global is looking for a Data Quality Analyst!

This position lives at the crossroads of English comprehension and machine learning. While it doesn’t involve coding, SQL, or dashboards, it requires a strong command of reading comprehension and writing. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Annotating large volumes of textual data according to detailed guidelines.
• Summarizing and interpreting complex texts with high accuracy.
• Collaborating with team members to improve labeling tools and processes.
• Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Receptive to feedback and able to integrate it professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Degree in English, Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with data annotation or labeling, especially with textual data.
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Technical background or exposure to AI/ML concepts.

Compensation:

$20/hr to $25/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
