We are currently looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and entering critical data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Input data from various sources into the electronic database accurately and efficiently. Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain organized records and files, both physical and electronic. Assist in the preparation of reports by retrieving and compiling data as requested. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Adhere to company policies regarding data security and confidentiality. Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in data management or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and standards is an advantage.
