Our client, a leading cable company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (temp-to-perm) to join its team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Schedule and Structure:

• Second shift (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Rotating schedules with Sunday + one weekday or Saturday off
• Hybrid model: 50% remote, 50% in-office
• Flexible selection of in-office days

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Speaks with new and existing customers for the purpose of processing service orders, service quality, or inquiries concerning programming, customer premise equipment and account matters
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Have a basic working knowledge of the geographic area of the cable company division
• Possess basic office skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
