We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our purpose-driven outreach and marketing team . Help bring nonprofit missions to life through face-to-face engagement , community events , and grassroots outreach —no cold calls, no scripts, just real conversations that make a difference.

Role Overview: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll act as the public face of the nonprofit campaigns we represent. Your role is to engage directly with community members, spark meaningful conversations, and build lasting donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofits at community events , fundraisers , and outreach programs

• Initiate friendly, authentic conversations with the public

• Share compelling stories and messages about each nonprofit’s mission

• Educate people on ways to support and get involved

• Build long-term donor relationships that support sustained impact

• Collaborate with your team to execute outreach campaigns effectively

• Embody our core values: integrity, compassion, and professionalism
