We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our purpose-driven outreach and marketing team . Help bring nonprofit missions to life through face-to-face engagement , community events , and grassroots outreach —no cold calls, no scripts, just real conversations that make a difference.

Role Overview: Customer Service Representative (CSR)As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll act as the public face of the nonprofit campaigns we represent. Your role is to engage directly with community members, spark meaningful conversations, and build lasting donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Represent nonprofits at community events , fundraisers , and outreach programs
Initiate friendly, authentic conversations with the public
Share compelling stories and messages about each nonprofit’s mission
Educate people on ways to support and get involved
Build long-term donor relationships that support sustained impact
Collaborate with your team to execute outreach campaigns effectively
