As we continue to grow rapidly across Illinois and nationwide, we’re looking for passionate and dependable Customer Service & Sales Specialists to join our remote team.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and providing exceptional service. As a Customer Service & Sales Specialist, you will work with union members and client families who have requested information about their benefits — its not about cold calling. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
• Explaining benefit options, answering questions, and assisting with applications
• Building strong, lasting client relationships and providing ongoing support

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Positive, professional, and reliable work ethic
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S or Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Ability to work from home with a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection

This role is commission-based, with pay directly tied to your results. You’ll be paid weekly and have the chance to build residual income for long-term financial stability. Flexible hours allow you to create a schedule that fits your personal and family needs. All training and leads are provided at no cost.
