Job Title : CRM Developer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

• Design, develop, and customize CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain workflows, plugins, integrations, and automation using CRM SDKs or APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure CRM system integrity, performance, and security.
• Develop data migration strategies, reports, and dashboards to improve customer insight.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and provide support during deployment and upgrades.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in developing within a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, etc.).
• Proficiency in languages like C#, JavaScript, Apex (Salesforce), or Python, depending on CRM.
• Experience with CRM customization tools, workflows, and scripting.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).
• CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Dynamics 365 Certified Developer).
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., ERP, marketing tools, e-commerce platforms).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in customer data modeling and CRM best practices.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
