Description Specialization: Critical Care Internal Medicine Critical Care Emergency Medicine Critical Care Pulmonary Critical Care Anesthesiology Job Summary: Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking an Intensivist to join HCA Florida South Tampa and HCA Florida South Shore in Tampa, Florida. Qualified Candidates: Must be ABIM board certified/board eligible in Critical Care Florida license or ability to obtain Ability to work full time 15, 12-hour day shifts with night call from home Days split between South Tampa and South Shore ICUs South Tampa: 12 bed ICU, average daily census 4-6 South Shore: 12 bed ICU, average daily census 11-12 APP support present during the day, split time between both facilities APP providers in house at night, low burden call from home Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, stock options, 401k with company match, disability, CME allowance and days, and more Additional night call compensation Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections Appropriate staffing models and flexible block scheduling Occurrence based malpractice Insurance Employed W2 opportunity About ICC Healthcare: ICC Healthcare employees over 650 providers in 60 programs with 6-8 new programs opening each year.
