Role Description

The Creative Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Creative Director by managing the day-to-day execution of creative projects and supervising the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and workflow of the creative team, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable creative briefs and lead the team through ideation and execution. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, reflects company standards, and supports business objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of creative projects—including packaging, marketing assets, and brand materials—from concept to delivery.
  • Lead internal creative reviews and brainstorming sessions that promote innovation, alignment, and consistency.
  • Stay current on design trends and market competition to help inform creative direction and ensure brand relevance.
  • Assist the Creative Director in developing visual strategies for new product development and retail placement.
  • Contribute to identifying product gaps and generating ideas that enhance customer experience and grow market share.
  • Maintain internal asset libraries and ensure accurate documentation and organization of creative materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a creative or design management role
  • Demonstrated management, leadership and team development skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
