Job Description

The Creative Design Manager will oversee the design department and manage the designers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and overseeing all production print files and creative development.
• Responsible for interacting with customers and clearly communicating requirements for production
• Responsible for creative development of DDP projects
• Responsible for development and layout of patterns on artboards for design applications
• Responsible for creating size runs
• Responsible for website image development
• Responsible for managing the sports/league/team specifics in terms of placement and sizing
• Liaison between design department, printing, transfer, cutting and sewing on points related to design and application

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in AI and Photoshop
• Experience in engineered placement prints
• Experience in the sports garment industry
• Experience in design and creative development of collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work in an office in a factory
